Ground Floor

As you step into the villa, you are immediately greeted by expansive views of the sea. The open-plan space includes a living room with a grand piano and a bioethanol firepit, while every wall is adorned with STEVE GIANNAKOS’ striking artwork. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making self-catered meals easy, and is conveniently connected to a dining area with seating for eight.

All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, ceiling fans, mini fridges, and safe deposit boxes, while every bathroom provides FERRAGANO products, bathrobes, and slippers for a complete self-care experience. The villa also includes an elevator with access to all floors for added convenience.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. This bedroom also offers a 50” Samsung TV and direct access to the pool area with never-ending views and a seating area.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a Super King-size bed (2.00m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bedroom also offers a single-size sofa (0.90 x 2.00m) for the 13th guest, a 50” Samsung TV, and direct access to a seating area.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will find the grand master bedroom. A true masterpiece of relaxation and indulgence. Perfectly furnished with a super king-size bed (2.00m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a bathtub and a stand-up steam shower. This bedroom also features two closets, a desk space, a 43” TV, and a balcony with seating and the most perfect view to wake up to in the mornings.

Lower Floor

The villa’s lower level is a sanctuary of leisure, entertainment, and indulgence, designed to offer every imaginable comfort.

You can enjoy exclusive moments in the private single-lane bowling alley (available upon request, based on availability) or unwind in the serene 40 sq. m heated pool, complemented by a soothing sauna and traditional hammam.

The state-of-the-art fitness area invites wellness enthusiasts with its treadmill, exercise bike, multi-gym bench, dumbbells, kettlebells, rings, bench, resistance bands, and yoga and Pilates mats.

For entertainment and relaxation, there’s a four-seat hot tub, two pool tables alongside a stylish mini bar, and a private cinema room complete with a PlayStation 5 for immersive movie or gaming nights and top-quality sound systems.

Bedrooms 5 & 6: As you walk through an open-air hallway, the fifth and sixth bedrooms are interconnected with direct indoor access and are perfect for families and children. The fifth bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), along with a single-size bed (0.90 x 2.00) for the 14th guest. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The sixth bedroom features two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m) joined together, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a 50” Samsung TV. Both bedrooms have access to the outdoor garden area.
