Set amongst orange,lemon and eucalyptus trees, a beautifully made estate comprising of two semidetached stone villas, offers the perfect place for relaxation!
The two villas are designed, built and furnished with extreme attention to detail, in a child-friendly environment yet offering high quality living.
Villa Ekaterine, has its entrance from the north side of the estate, whereas villa Dimitra from the south. The large swimming pool, is separated by a wood fence in case the two villas are reserved separately, offering privacy to each party.
For large groups or families travelling together, the two villas can be reserved as one, offering immense space and discrete privacy without missing out on companionship.

Ekaterine villa, has entrance from the north, to a cozy living/dinning room with fireplace that extends to a fully equipped kitchen.

Dimitra, has entrance from the south, with the same layout as Ekaterine.
On this ground level, there is a large double bedroom with en suite shower room.
On the first floor, there is a large double and a twin bedroom, each with en suite shower room, large terrace with comfy furniture and views to the White mountains and the fertile plateau of Armeni.
The two villas have the same layout and are identically furnished and decorated.

Area Description

Kalives is a seaside village, retaining the original character and the local lifestyle. There are several small traditional shops, like butcher, grocer and of course bakeries famous for their excellent cheese and spinach pies (tyropita and spanakopita).
There are several tavernas,by the sea or in the village square, offering fresh cooked traditional food and fresh seafood. There is also a large supermarket, ceramic and jewelry shops and the traditional barrel maker and wine producer that has a well stocked wine shop.
