Villa Nicolaos is a lovely, comfortable villa, just 150 meters from the seafront on the hill side between Almyrida and Plaka.
The villa has panoramic views to the sea, the bay of Souda and the mountains.

The layout of the villa is on three floors.
Entrance is to the main floor, where a kitchen, living and dining area, shower room and balcony are located. On first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two full size beds, a full size bathroom and terrace with sea view.
The lower floor, comprises of an open plan studio, with a third bedroom with double bed, living area, pool table and access to the gardens and pool.
All bedrooms and living rooms have plasma TV. There is also DVD, music system and air conditioning throughout.
Villa Nikolaos is located only 700 meters from Almyrida where there is a lovely sandy beach, tavernas, cafes and shops, bakeries, bus stop for Chania and taxi rank.
The shops and tavernas of Plaka are just 150 meters, and the seafront in short distance from the villa is perfect for fishing.

Area Description

The Apokoronas region spreads to the east of Chania with its seaside villages enjoying excellent views to the entrance of Souda bay and the Akrotiri peninsula across. It is a very fertile area (olive trees, vines, avocado trees, orange lemon and mandarin trees) with several sandy beaches at Almirida,Plaka, Kalives and Georgioupolis. Apokoronas is one of the most picturesque areas of the province of Chania with many attractive and authentic villages like Armeni, Nio Chorio, Samonas, Ramni etc.
